  5. To enter, customers must purchase a (1) Valeo Healthcare product in a pharmacy, upload proof of purchase (receipt) to www. ValeoHealthcareBacktoSchool.com and enter their personal details (name, email and mobile number) to be entered into the prize draw to win the prize. There are no limits on the number of entries per person throughout the Promotional Period.

  8. Eligibility is determined by Valeo Healthcare in accordance with these terms and conditions. Valeo Healthcare’s determination in respect thereof shall be final.
  9. There is one (1) prize available to be won which is a three night stay for 2 adults and 2 children (U17) at Center Parcs in 2 bedroom Forest Lodge with sauna. Includes an Irish grocery pack, €250 spending money and a choice of 3 activities from the following: Football Fun Factory, Adventure Mini Golf, Kayak Hire, Pedalo Hire, Aqua Parc Obstacle Course, Tennis, Archery, Segway Hire or Mini Captain Adventure and bicycle hire for the duration of the stay.
  10. The Prize is offered as stated and is non-transferable. No cash alternative in whole or in part, or alternative Prize to the stated Prize shall be offered or made available, however the Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or lesser value.
  11. The Winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries after the promotion ends on 2nd October 2026 and the Winner will be notified by the Administrator. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct or the result, the Promoter and/or judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  12. The Winner will be chosen at random from a pool of people that correctly enter the Promotion following the Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold Prizes if participants have not met the qualifying criteria set out clearly in the rules of this Promotion.
  13. The Winner of the Promotion will be notified within 48 hours of the Promotion ending. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the Winner. However, if the Winner has not responded to notification within 48 hours of notification or if a selected Winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative Winner using the same process referred to above in these Terms and Conditions.
  14. The Administrator will send the Winner a prize letter and will arrange for the booking of the Winners prize, which will require the Winner to supply a contact email address. We are not liable for any damage or loss to a Prize caused by any third party. If a Prize is damaged or fails to be delivered, we have no obligation to provide a replacement prize.
  15. By entering this Promotion, you explicitly consent to the collection and use of your personal data for the purpose of the Promoter selecting, contacting and confirming the Winner. The Administrator, Sweete, will delete all entrants’ information 14 days after the Promotion ends.
  16. The information collected from the entrants is used only for the purpose of administering the Promotion, including fulfilling and booking the prize for the Winner. Entrants acknowledge that this information is collected on the legal basis that it is necessary to administer the entrant’s desired participation in the Promotion. If you do not provide this information, participation in the Promotion will be factually impossible.
  17. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller and to the Data Controller using third party agencies to process that personal data for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
  18. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and Administrator accepts no liability for any damage, loss or injury suffered due to entering this Promotion or taking up a Prize. Insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for: (i) Any incorrect or inaccurate entry, or for any faulty, incorrect, failed, erroneous or failed electronic data transmissions; and/or (ii) Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, or providers utilized in any aspect of this promotion causing delays or disruption.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, lost, corrupt or incorrect entries or for any malfunctions, errors or viruses in the software that has been designed to maintain the entrants’ details, or for any incompatibility with all, or any, hardware and/or software that entrants may use.
  20. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland, as applicable in accordance with where the cause of action arose, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ireland, as applicable.

  7. Your holiday booking is valid for travel from 01 November 2026 – 30 April 2027 and excludes travel during the Christmas & New Year (18 December – 4 January), Easter, mid-term, and bank holiday periods.
  8. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available. Prizes cannot be sold or auctioned. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified from participating. Cash value €0.001c.
  9. The prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, mini bar, attractions, car hire and personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize details.
  10. Your prize cannot be used against a holiday booking already made.
  11. Your prize must be booked and taken prior to the expiry date, which is 30 April 2027.
  12. Once your booking is made, your holiday contract will be with the selected tour company or Accommodation Company whose booking conditions apply.
  13. The winner shall be responsible for any damage to the accommodation or other venues (including their contents) visited by the winner and their guests throughout the trip caused as a result of a deliberate or negligent act or omission by the winner or their guests.
  14. The promoter’s decision is final in all matters pertaining to the prize.
  15. If you cancel your trip for any reason, no alternative will be offered.
